The Lorenzo de' Medici B&B is accessible 24 hours a day, 7/7, the staff in the structure is present from 7AM to 7PM, for specific requests and check-in/check-out in presence at different times it will be sufficient to communicate every need.

If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready yet, you can leave your luggage with us until the room is handed over.
Check out is at 10:30.
If you need to leave your luggage with us even after your check-out, no problem, we will keep it in custody for as long as you need.
